Purchase Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day grace period for returns or exchanges, counted from the day your package is delivered. Items being returned/exchanged must be in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return postage, unless we have made a mistake or there is something wrong with your order. Please be sure to ship items in original packaging with padding or bubble wrap, and send with either tracking and / or insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages or items damaged in shipping. You MUST contact us first to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. We reserve the right to refuse or charge a restocking fee for any returns/exchanges not meeting these conditions. We do not accept returns on CUSTOM ORDERS, MONOGRAMS, RESIZED RINGS, or sale items. These purchases are FINAL SALE.

 All orders are shipped with signature required upon delivery to protect your purchase.
 Please allow two business days for processing. You should receive your USPS Priority Mail package within 3-4 days of processing. Most items are available for immediate delivery. However, due to our unique selection and high demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will be notified via the e-mail you provide that your item will be special ordered and an estimated delivery date will be provided.
